摘要
目的分析医院放射诊疗人员职业性晶状体损伤的因素。方法对部分三级甲等医院放射诊疗人员511例(1022眼)进行眼科检查,按工作类别分成核医学、X线影像、放射治疗及介入放射4个组。核医学组为研究组,其他各组均为对照组。统计每组晶状体放射性损伤例数,对数据进行统计学处理,并进行x^2检验,比较核医学组和其他各组间差异。结果各组均发现有晶状体放射性损伤病例,且核医学组与其他3个组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P=0.025,0.005,0.003)。结论核医学诊疗人员晶状体更易受到职业照射的伤害,更应提高对职业性照射的防范意识,熟练操作,科学防护,降低放射性晶状体损伤的发生。
Objective To analyze the factors of occupational lens injury in radiological workers in hospitals. Methods A total of 1022 eyes of 511 radiological workers in tertiary referral hospitals who participated in the annual occupational eye examination were enrolled in this study. Four groups were set according to the job categories, which were nuclear medicine group, X-ray imaging group, radiation therapy group and interventional radiology group, respectively. The nuclear medicine group was the research group and the other three groups were the control groups. The amounts of lens radiation injury of each group were calculated. All data were statistically analyzed by chi-square test. The differences between nuclear medicine group and the other three groups were studied. Results The lens radiation injuries were found in each group, and the statistically significant differences were found between nuclear medicine group and other three groups ( P = 0. 025, 0. 005 and 0. 003, respectively). Conclusion The nuclear medicine personnel are susceptible to occupational lens radiation injury. For reducing lens radiation injury, radiation protection awareness should be improved. The operators should be skilled and scientific protections should be used, especially on the nuclear medicine personnel.
