摘要
根据某液体灌装线上装箱机的实际情况,利用Solid Works软件建立装箱机三维模型,通过ADAMS建立装箱机的动力学模型。依据运动学、动力学原理,导入MATLAB生成的运动学曲线,完成装箱机的动力学分析,得到其受力分布图,为装箱机驱动件的选择提供了依据,同时也为完成其他工程产品的优化设计提供了一种行之有效的方法。
According to the actual situation of a liquid filling machine,the 3D model of the packing machine was established by Solid Works,and the dynamic model of the packing machine is set up by ADAMS.According to kinematics and dynamics principle,the kinematics curve established by MATLAB was introduced,and the dynamic analysis of the packing machine was finished. The distribution map was obtained,which provided a basis for the selection of the power parts. Moreover,this way provided an effective method for the optimization design of other engineering products.
