Hydrogen sulfide and myocardial ischemia/reperfusion injury

摘要 硫化氢(H_2S)作为继一氧化氮(NO)和一氧化碳(CO)之后被发现的一种新的信号气体分子,对人体整个心血管系统的保护起着不可替代的作用。而H_2S在心肌缺血再灌注损伤中起到的保护作用更是近几年的研究热点。H_2S的心肌保护机制可能涉及KATP通道开放、抗氧化作用、抗细胞凋亡、线粒体保护以及抗炎作用。本文将对H_2S在心肌缺血再灌注中的保护机制以及最新研究进展作一综述。 As another gasotransmitter was found after nitric oxide(NO)and carbon monoxide(CO),hydrogen sulfide(H2S)plays a critical role in protecting the whole cardiovascular system.Moreover,the protection of H2S on myocardial ischemia/reperfusion injury has become a hotspot for research recently.The mechanisms involve in opening of ATP sensitive potassium channel,antioxidant,anti-apoptosis,mitochondrial protection and anti-inflammation.This review will focus on the mechanisms and research progress of H2S on myocardial ischemia/reperfusion injury.
