肝癌术后感染引发新发心房颤动1例

A case of new atrial fibrillation induced by postoperative infection of liver cancer

1病例资料 患者,男,72岁。于2015-03-22因＂体检发现肝右叶占位7d＂为主诉入院。否认心脏病史。入院体检：体温36.8℃,呼吸20次/min,血压100/50mmHg（1mmHg=0.133kPa）,两肺呼吸音清,未闻及啰音,心前区未见隆起,心尖搏动位于左锁骨中线第5肋间内0.5cm,心浊音界不扩大,心率84次/min,心律齐,各瓣膜听诊区未闻及病理性杂音,腹部叩诊鼓音,肝上界位于右锁骨中线第5肋间,肝区叩痛阳性，未及移动性浊音。

New postoperative atrial fibrillation is the most common perioperative arrhythmia even in patients undergoing non-cardiac non-thoracic surgery.Postoperative infection may be one of the main causes.Here,we reported a case of new atrial fibrillation induced by postoperative infection in the 72-year-old male undergoing resection of liver cancer.
