Research on quality change of Chuanxiong slices under the different storage conditions

摘要 目的通过研究不同贮藏条件下川芎饮片24月内的质量变化,拟首次筛选出川芎饮片适宜的贮藏条件。方法采用正交设计法,将川芎饮片贮藏在不同的光照、空气、温度和时间条件下,每隔3或6个月进行综合质量观测及评价。结果在24个月的贮藏期间,除敞口贮藏的2组川芎饮片出现虫蛀外,其余组无虫蛀现象;各实验组川芎饮片水分及阿魏酸的含量在贮藏期间一直均符合现行版《中国药典》的规定;但各组具体变化过程有差异。结论综合观测24个月贮藏期川芎饮片质量变化结果及统计学分析,建议川芎饮片适宜的贮藏方案为:遮光、密封、冷处贮藏,且储藏时间不宜过长。 Objective To evaluate the quality change of slices under different storage conditions in 24 months for screening out the best storage condition of Chuanxiong slices. Methods To study the optimal conditions for storage Chuanxiong slices by orthogonal design. The storage condition was optimized with light,air,temperature,storage time as the observation factors. Chuanxiong slices were stored in different conditions for 24 months. The characteristic,water and the ferulic acid content of it were detected every 3 or 6 months. Results Chuanxiong slices of 2 and 9 groups damaged by worms when stored for 3 months,other groups were not found worm eaten phenomenon during 24 months storage period. The experimental result show that the water content of Chuanxiong slices storage in different storage conditions during the 24 months storage period were lower than 12%,in line with the 2010 edition to the stipulation of " pharmacopoeia of the law of the People's Republic of China" limited. As the extension of storage time,the content of ferulic acid was on the decline. The variation of the ferulic acid content were different between different groups of Chuanxiong slices,but all in line with the 2010 edition to the stipulation of " pharmacopoeia of the law of the People's Republic of China" limited. Conclusion Chuanxiong slices should be sealed,away from sunlight and stored at temperatures between 2 ~ 10℃,and the storage time should not be too long through comprehensive analysis on the appearance,water and ferulic acid content of Chuanxiong slices stored in different conditions during 24 months storage period.
