摘要
传统中小企业信用体系建设以金融城域网和政府主导的"征信+信贷"模式为特征,在信息采集的内容和激励机制等方面存在诸多缺陷,没有发挥应有的效力。总结传统中小企业信用体系建设经验,对小微企业信用体系建设的"互联网+"实现模式进行探索。主张借助基于互联网的声誉体系、EDI推广、与电商平台合作等渠道,并通过征信市场来建设新型、有效的小微企业征信体系。
The traditional small and medium-sized enterprise credit system construction,characterized by the financial metropolitan area network and the government-dominated " credit reference plus credit loan" model,has many defects in such aspects as the content of the information acquisition and incentive mechanism,and does not play its effective roles. Summing up the experiences of traditional small and medium-sized enterprise credit system construction,and exploring the "Internet plus"implementation model for small-and micro enterprise credit system construction,the paper advocates to build a new and more effective small and micro-enterprise credit system with the help of an Internet-based reputation system,EDI promotion channel,cooperation with electric business platform,and the credit reference market.
