农村金融支持新农村建设的困境及其突破路径——以安徽省为考察对象

Financial Constraints and its Breakthrough in Construction of New Rural Areas in Anhui Province

中国经济经过几十年的高速增长后进入中高速增长阶段,步入一个新的发展态势。安徽省新农村建设中在基础建设、农村公共服务、整治农村人居环境以及农业产业化经营等方面急需大量资金支持;而新常态下农村金融支持新农村建设却面临诸多现实困境,已成为安徽新农村建设中面临的一个重大课题。通过发挥政府在农村金融改革中作用,加快培育适度竞争的农村金融市场,不断优化农村金融生态环境,是实现这一突破的主要路径。

The massive capital investment should be made in the areas such as the infrastructure construction, rural public service, renovation of the rural living condition and the operation of rural industrialization in the new rural construction in Anhui province. However, the rural financial support for the new rural construction under the new normal faces many real dilemmas, which has become the great subject in Anhui＇s new rural construction. We should bring full play of the role of the government in the rural financial reform so as to accelerate cultivation of competitive rural financial market, constantly optimize the rural financial ecological environment.
