摘要
近年国家对提高农民素质非常重视,开展了很多培训活动并取得了一些成绩,但是这些培训还存在诸多问题。运用Moodle平台进行农民培训是否可以提高农民培训的质量?基于这一假设,该文针对山东省部分地区的农民远程培训进行了实证研究,分为三个阶段:培训前的准备工作,培训的开展与实施,以及培训的效果测试。培训前对被试进行了全面调查与访谈,培训过程中对培训的模式、培训要素进行了精心设计,培训的效果测试主要依据柯氏四级评估模型设计的评价量表。评估结果显示,运用Moodle平台进行农民培训,农民的积极性有了很大提升,农业基础知识、农业生产技能都有了显著提高。
In recent years, the state attaches great importance to improve farmers' quality, carrying out a lot of training activities and obtaining some achievements, but the training also has many problems. Whether or not using the Moodle platform can improve the quality of farmers training? Based on this hypothesis, the research on remote farmers training has carried on the empirical research in parts of shandong province. The study is divided into three stages: the preparation before training, the training development and the implementation, as well as the effect of training test. Before training, the participants are conducted a full-scale investigation and interviews, and in the process of training, the training pattern and factors are designed elaborately, subsequently the effect of the training is tested by the evaluation questionnaire designed according to Kirkpatrick Model. Evaluation results show that using Moodle platform for farmers training, farmers' enthusiasm had a larger promotion and the agriculture basic knowledge as well as production skills have improved significantly.
