摘要
互动教学能力对外语教师而言具有双重特征:一是指外语教师在从事外语互动教学活动过程中所表现出来的个性心理特征;二是外语教师利用交互式电子设备应具备的互动教学能力。由于二者之间存在内在的必然联系,因此外语教师互动教学能力提升显得尤其重要。为了了解外语教师互动教学能力发展情况,该文采用设计研究法,在已构建外语教师互动教学能力发展模型的基础上,探讨该模型在实践中的应用效果。结果表明,外语教师互动教学能力发展模型能够体现外语教师专业发展规律,并在实践中得到有效应用。模型中的外部干预为外语教师互动教学能力发展提供了保障。
For foreign language teachers, interactive teaching competence has dual characteristics: one is the individual psycnologmaJ characteristic manifested during his/her interactive language teaching, and the other refers to the necessary interactive teaching competence involved in the application of interactive electronic devices. Since those two competences have internal connection, it is particularly important for foreign language teachers to develop their interactive teaching competence. In order to explore the interactive teaching competence of foreign language teachers, this paper studies the applied effects of a developmental model of foreign language teachers' interactive teaching competence through design-based research. Results indicate that, the model can embody the law of foreign language teachers' professional development, and works effectively in practice. The external interventions of the model provide guarantee for the development of foreign language teachers' interactive teaching competence.
