犬源大肠埃希菌对β-内酰胺类药物的耐药表型和耐药基因检测 被引量:2

摘要 为研究犬源大肠埃希菌的耐药情况,对成都地区采集的犬肛门拭子进行细菌分离鉴定,共分离156株大肠埃希菌,同时,进行5种抗生素耐药性检测和β-内酰胺类药物耐药基因的菌株筛选。结果显示,大肠埃希菌对β-内酰胺类耐药率较高,头孢喹肟100%,氨苄西林73.1%,但对美罗培南敏感率高达95.5%。采用PCR方法检测β-内酰胺类药物常见的3种耐药基因blaCTX-M、blaSHV和blaTEM,blaCTX-M检出率最高为89.74%,blaTEM为78.84%,blaSHV无检出。耐药性和耐药基因比较表明,犬源大肠埃希菌β-内酰胺类的耐药性与耐药基因型检出率基本呈正相关,为成都犬源大肠埃希菌β-内酰胺类药物的耐药现状和疾病治疗提供了理论依据。 In order to investigate the drug resistance of Escherichia coli derived from dogs in Chengdu,the anal swabs were collected for isolation and identification of E.coli.The results showed that 156 E.coli strains were isolated.And then the drug resistance of 5kinds of antibiotics and strain screening ofβ-lactams drug resistance genes were detected.The results showed that the resistance rates toβ-lactam antibiotics were high:Cefquinome(100%),ampicillin(73.1%),and with the highest sensitive rate to meropenem(95.5%).Finally,there were 3kinds of the common resistance genes blaCTX-M,blaSHV and blaTEMofβ-lactam antibiotics were tested.The result showed that the blaCTX-M gene had the highest rate(89.74%),the next was blaTEM gene(78.84%),and the blaSHV gene was not detected.The result showed that there was apositive correlation between the drug resistance and the detection rate of the drug resistance genotype toβ-lactam antibiotics.This study provided a theoretical basis for drug resistance status ofβ-lactam antibiotics in dogs of Chengdu,and it also may play a important role in disease treatment.
