噬菌体在畜禽细菌性疾病控制中应用研究进展 被引量:12

摘要 细菌性疾病一直是困扰养殖业发展的主要问题之一,治疗多采用抗菌药物疗法。但是随着抗生素的广泛应用及滥用,畜禽养殖业中主要致病菌如大肠埃希菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、沙门菌、弯曲菌等均出现了不同程度的耐药性,已经严重影响到整个产业的发展。噬菌体作为天然的抗菌剂,其所表现出来的有效性、特异性以及安全性,成为最具希望的抗生素替代品,已经受到越来越广泛的关注。论文综述了应用噬箘体控制畜禽细菌性疾病方面的研究进展,就噬菌体应用的现状以及未来发展方向进行了讨论,为后续相关研究以及应用提供参考。 Bacterial disease has been one of the major problems in the development of the farming industry.Antibiotic therapy is commonly adopted for treatment.In recent years,because of the abuse of antibiotics,the major pathogens in animal husbandry,such as Escherichia coli,Salmonella,Staphylococcus aureus,Campylobacter etc.,appeared the emergence of resistance,which has caused bad influence on the development of the whole industry.As a natural antimicrobial reagent,bacteriophage can resist bacterial infection efficiently,specifically and safely.So bacteriophages become the most promising antibiotic alternatives and receive increasingly attentions.The paper reviewed the application of bacteriophages in the animal husbandry and discussed the present status of application and the direction of future development,which could provide a scientific reference for exploration and further studies.
