诱导多能干细胞治疗动物骨骼病的研究进展

摘要 由于骨骼疾病恢复所需时间较长、动物不配合治疗等原因,给动物骨骼疾病治疗带来了较大困难,缩短治疗周期将会大大提高动物骨骼疾病治疗的成功率,而传统方法已无法再超越目前的治疗周期。诱导多能干细胞(IPS)具有强大的增殖和分化能力,可分化为修复骨骼病所需的多种细胞以及细胞因子等,这为加速动物骨骼疾病痊愈带来了新的希望。论文对IPS的研发历程及优势,IPS向骨细胞分化,IPS在治疗骨骼病中的应用等方面进行了综述,并对其治疗动物骨折的前景进行了展望。 Greater difficulties to treat animal orthopedic diseases were the longer recovery duration and uncooperative animals during treatment.Thus,shortening the treatment period may greatly improve the success rate of treatment of animal bone diseases,but traditional methods cannot exceed the current treatment cycle.Induced pluripotent stem cells(IPS)with a strong proliferation and differentiation can differentiate into a variety of cells and factors needed to repair bone disease,which bring new hope to accelerate healing of animal orthopedic diseases.This paper reviewed the research and development process of IPS,its advantages,differentiation into bone cells,and application to treat orthopedic diseases.Meanwhile,the paper also fores the prospects of IPS treatment for animal bone fracture.
