摘要
Apelin是G蛋白偶联的受体血管紧张素Ⅱ受体样蛋白-J(APJ)的天然配体。过去的研究表明,Apelin在心血管系统、神经系统及免疫系统等方面发挥重要的作用,包括调控中枢神经信号传导、诱导血管生成、参与免疫应答的调节等。近年来Apelin被确定为一种新型的脂肪细胞因子,可增加整体能量的消耗、提高胰岛素的敏感性从而抑制胰岛素抵抗的发生,与肥胖及其相关疾病胰岛素抵抗有重要关联。目前关于Apelin调控机制的研究有抑制脂肪生成和抑制脂肪分解两种不同的报道,有待于进一步探讨研究。现就Apelin的结构、生理功能及其对脂肪代谢的调控机制进行简要综述,并对今后在研究和应用方面做了展望。
Apelin is an endogenous ligand for the APJ receptor.The past research indicated that Apelin played an important role in cardiovascular system,nervous system and immune system,including regulating the central nerve signal transduction,inducing angiogenesis,modulating immune responses.In recent years,some studies suggested that Apelin is an obesity-associated adipocytokine,it can increase the overall energy consumption and improve insulin sensitivity to suppress the occurrence of insulin resistance,and it may play an important role during occurrence of some diseases such as obesity and insulin resistance.Current research on the regulatory way of Apelin has two different kinds of report,inhibiting adipogenesis or inhibiting lipolysis.So this article gave a brief overview on the Apelin's structure,physiological function and the regulatory mechanism of lipid metabolism,and the perspective and application in the future were briefly discussed.
