摘要
通过四球摩擦磨损实验,考察了不同粒径、不同添加量的硫酸钙晶须在锂基润滑脂中的摩擦学性能,应用光学显微镜观察钢球磨斑表面。结果表明,在一定的摩擦学环境下,添加质量分数3%的球磨6 h的硫酸钙晶须能够显著提高锂基润滑脂的抗磨减摩性能。
The tribological properties of calcium sulfate whisker(CSW) with different size and addition dosage in lithium grease were investigated by using four-ball test. The morphologies of the worn surface of the tested balls were observed with the optical microscope. And the elements of the ball's surface were detected by EDX(Energy dispersive X-ray detector).The results show that the anti wearfriction properties of lithium grease can be improved by adding 3% CSW grinded in the ball mill for 6 h under a certain tribological condition.
