摘要 为了制备乳化效果佳和性能稳定的阴离子乳化沥青,首先对阴离子乳化沥青乳化工艺进行了研究;然后复配不同的乳化剂,并评价乳化效果。阴离子乳化沥青三大指标较基质沥青有明显改善。新型阴离子乳化沥青具有工艺简单、乳化效果佳、贮存稳定性好、耐高/低温性能好等优点,可应用于高铁、桥梁、道路等工程中。 In order to prepare anionic emulsified asphalt with good emulsifying effect and stable performance, the emulsion process of anionic emulsified asphalt was studied, and then different emulsifiers were mixed, and their emulsification effect was evaluated. The three indexes of anionic emulsified asphalt are improved obviously compared to the matrix asphalt. The new anionic emulsified asphalt has many advantages, such as simple production process, good emulsification effect, good storage stability, and so on. So it can be used in high-speed rail, bridges, roads and other projects.
