摘要
优美毡被孔菌是一种具有危害性的真菌,需要研究最佳培养条件,找到有效防治手段。采用生长速率法,研究了影响优美毡被孔菌菌丝生长和菌落形态的参数(包括温度、p H值、碳源、氮源),并调查了不同药物对该菌的抑制培养实验。结果表明,菌丝体生长最适培养温度范围为25~35℃;优美毡被孔菌对酸碱的选择性很差,p H值的变化对其生长速度的影响不大;最适培养碳源为淀粉;最适培养氮源为酵母汁;0.5~10 g/L福美胂可以作为该菌的有效抑制剂。这些结果为优美毡被孔菌有效防治提供有力证据。
As a kind of fungus with destructive nature, optimal culture conditions of Spongipellis delectans were studied in order to find the approach of effective prevention and control. The factors to affect Spongipellis delectans growth rate and the colony morphology were studied by using the growth rate method, such as temperature, p H, carbon source and nitrogen source. Inhibition effect of different drugs on Spongipellis delectans was investigated. The results show that the optimum temperature for its growth is from 25 ℃to 35 ℃. The acid-base selectivity of the mycelium is very poor, and the change of p H has little effect on the growth speed. The optimum carbon source of culture is starch, and the optimum nitrogen source of culture is yeast juice. After contrasting different concentrations of its four inhibitors, 0.5~10 g/L Asomate can be used as a potent inhibitor of Spongipellis delectans.
