摘要
针对马惠管道十八里加热站增输运行方案研究,首先在分析樊家川作业区原油外输现状以及环北集油站原油外输工艺系统现状的基础上,着重对环北集油站-十八里加热站增输工艺进行计算。利用Pipephase软件模拟管道运行工况,初步确定了理论最大输量。通过对设备能力的校核,确定了现有输油泵前提下的最大输量以及运行参数。此外利用Pipephase软件模拟了最小启动输量,分别确定了在不加剂条件和加剂条件下的运行参数,并通过对比分析确定了加热加剂的输送工艺。
Operation scheme of Shibali heating station in Ma-Hui pipeline was researched. First of all, present situation of Fanjiachun crude oil transmission and process system of Huanbei gathering station were analyzed, gathering process of Shibali heating station and Huanbei gathering station was calculated. Pipephase software was used to simulate pipeline operation condition, the theoretical maximum throughput was preliminarily determined. Through checking the equipment capacity, the maximum throughput of the existing oil transfer pump and operation parameters were determined. Besides, Pipephase software was used to simulate the minimum start-up throughput, operation parameters under the condition without agent and with additive were determined. Through comparison and analysis, the heating transport process with agent was determined.
