降低液化气脱硫系统乙醇胺跑损的研究

摘要 石油化工总厂催化装置液化气脱硫系统,2014年12月份开始,乙醇胺跑损现象越来越严重,为了减少液化气脱硫剂消耗和提高脱硫效果,综合分析了乙醇胺跑损原因,并对主要因素进行了研究,对影响较大的参数进行优化,脱硫剂与液化气温差控制在4~6℃,液化气重组分控制在1.5%以下,液化气脱硫塔压力在0.95 MPa左右,汽液比在1.0~1.2之间,使得液化气脱硫系统的乙醇胺跑损得到改善。 Ethanolamine loss phenomenon of liquefied gas desulfurization system in catalytic device of petroleum chemical general factory appeared in December 2014, and the phenomenon was becoming more and more serious. In order to reduce the LPG desulfurization agent consumption and improve the desulfurization effect, a comprehensive analysis of the ethanolamine loss reason was carried out, and the main factors were studied, some running parameters were optimized, such as controlling temperature difference between desulfurizer and LPG in 4~6 ℃, controlling liquefied gas recombination points below 1.5%, controlling LPG desulfurization tower pressure at about 0.95 MPa, controlling vapor liquid ratio in the range of 1.0~1.2.
