党的十八届四中全会提出"全面推进依法治国"的奋斗目标,实现这一目标的前提就是要加强法治文化建设。文化的地域性特点决定了法治文化不能脱离本土文化而随意建设,这本质上是文化力作用的体现。儒家思想作为传统文化的代表,影响深远且长期占据主流地位,慎独、公平正义、民本等思想对当前法治文化建设具有重要启示。因此,要开辟途径使儒家优秀思想真正融入法治文化建设中并发挥其应有的时代价值。
