我国经济发展进入新常态,宏观环境深刻变化给济宁民营经济带来难得的政策机遇、改革机遇、创新机遇、结构调整机遇,同时也给民营经济带来结构性、素质性矛盾问题的挑战。把握机遇应对挑战,政府要力求改变主导的惯性思维,转变观念,加大有效引导力度,最大可能转变职能,优化营商环境,为民营经济创新发展拓展空间。

As China＇s economy has entered a period of new normal, the profound change in the macroeconomic environment brings rare opportunities for the development of the private economy opportunity in terms of policy, reform, innovation, and restructuring. Meanwhile it brings challenges on the structure and the quality of the private economy. Grasp the opportunity to respond to challenges, the government should strive to change the inertia of thinking led and the concepts, increase effective guidance, change functions, and optimize the business environment to expand the space for innovation and development of the private economy.
