摘要
全面阐述了溢流下拉法工艺生产的用于液晶显示的玻璃基板中铂族元素金属缺陷产生的原因和主要影响因素,并提出了可显著减少缺陷水平的对策方案。
In This paper the originating sources and primary influential factors of platinum-group metals defects in glass substrates produced employing the fusion process are discussed comprehensively,and some effective solutions to substantially reduce the defects level are proposed.
