摘要 采用称量法制备了石油化工气体标准物质,分别用F检验和回归曲线法对研制的标准物质进行了均匀性和稳定性检验。结果表明,研制的石油化工气体标准物质具有良好的均匀性和稳定性,标准物质定值结果(摩尔分数)分别为甲烷1×10-2,乙烷、丙烷、正丁烷、异丁烷0.2×10-2,正戊烷、异戊烷0.1×10-2,定值结果的相对扩展不确定度为3%(k=2),该标准物质可用于石油化工产品中气体的分析及测试。 The reference materials for gas in petrochemical products were developed by weighing method. Uniformity and stability of standard solution were examined by F test and regression curve method respectively. The uniformity and stability of the reference materials were good. The certified value( mole fraction) of the reference materials were CH41 × 10- 2,C2H6,C3H8,n-C4H10,i-C4H100. 2 × 10- 2,n-C5H12,i-C5H120. 1 × 10- 2,with an uncertainty of concentration value of 3%( k = 2). The reference materials can be used for the analysis and testing of petrochemical products.
