产油脂霉菌的筛选及其产油条件优化 被引量:1

Screening of Lipid-producing Mycete and Optimizing of Its Lipid-producing Conditions

摘要 从土壤样品中筛选到一株产油脂较高的霉菌,命名为菌株T-5。通过正交实验,确定最佳油脂产油条件为葡萄糖100 g/L,无机氮源1 g/L,p H 6.0,温度28℃。对最佳产油条件进行验证,油脂含量为30.56%,从而为大规模工业化发酵生产微生物油脂提供了可靠的试验数据。气相色谱分析显示油脂脂肪酸组成为棕榈酸25.10%,油酸25.17%,亚油酸20.99%,硬脂酸4.78%,这与植物脂肪酸组成很类似,因此可成为制备生物柴油的油源。 We screened out a high lipid-producing mycete from the soil sample and named it strain T-5. Through orthogonal experiment, we found that the optimal lipid-producing conditions were glucose concentration 100 g/L, inorganic nitrogen source concentration 1 g/L, pH 6.0, and temperature 28℃. We verified the optimal lipidproducing conditions and the lipid content was 30.56%. It could provide credible experiment data for large-scale industrialized fermentation and production of microbial lipid. The results of gas chromatography analysis showed that oil fatty acid consisted of 25.10% palm acid, 25.17% oleic acid, 20.99% linoleic acid and 4.78% stearic acid. This was similar to the composition of plant fatty acid, therefore it could become feedstock for biodiesel production.
