同伴教育对桂西地区农村初产妇母乳喂养影响的研究

Influence of peer education on breast feeding among rural primiparas in western Guangxi

目的探讨同伴教育对桂西地区农村初产妇母乳喂养的影响。方法将122例桂西地区农村初产妇随机分为研究组和对照组;两组产妇住院期间均按爱婴医院要求进行常规的母乳喂养知识宣教,在此基础上,研究组给予母乳喂养同伴教育干预;比较两组产妇母乳喂养知识与技能水平、纯母乳喂养持续时间及产后6个月纯母乳喂养率。结果两组出院前母乳喂养知识与技能掌握得分差异无统计学意义(P=0.3878);出院后1个月两组母乳喂养知识与技能掌握较出院前均明显提高(P<0.001),且研究组提高的幅度大于对照组(P<0.001);研究组的纯母乳喂养持续时间为(152.56±13.78)d,明显长于对照组的(127.94±15.83)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);研究组产后6个月纯母乳喂养率为81.36%,对照组为60.35%,差异有统计学意义(P=0.0123)。结论同伴教育能提高桂西地区农村初产妇母乳喂养知识与技能水平,促进母乳喂养的成功,提高纯母乳喂养持续时间和母乳喂养率,值得推广应用。

Objective To investigate influence of peer education on breast feeding among rural primiparas in western Guangxi. Methods 120 rural primiparas from western Guangxi were randomly divided into study group and control group.Both groups were given breast feeding education according to baby friendly hospital,and based on which the the study group were added peer education. Knowledge and skills of breast feeding,duration of pure breast feeding and exclusive breast feeding rate 6 months after delivery were compared between two groups. Results Difference of the knowledge and skills of breast feeding between the two groups before hospital discharge was not statistically significant（ P = 0. 3878）,both of them improved one month after hospital discharge compared to those before hospital discharge（ P〈0. 001）,and those of the study group improved more significantly than those of the control group（ P〈0. 001）. Duration of pure breast feeding in the study group was（ 152. 56 ± 13. 78） d,significantly longer than that（ 127. 94 ± 15. 83） d of the control group,so difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 001）. Exclusive breast feeding rate 6 months after delivery was 81. 36% in the study group,and 60. 35%in the control group,so difference was statistically significant（ P = 0. 0123）. Conclusion Peer education can improve the knowledge and skills and increase the duration of pure breast feeding among rural primiparas in western Guangxi,which also improve the exclusive breast feeding rate,so it is worthy of application and popularization.
