提升体育院校硕士毕业生就业质量的工作模式探析

Analysis on the Work Mode of Improving the Quality of the Graduates' Employment in the Physical Education Institutes

笔者从体育院校一线就业工作者的视角审视硕士毕业生就业质量问题。认为影响毕业生就业质量的因素主要有:毕业生就业市场竞争力、就业意愿、择业观念;学校人才培养市场导向;就业指导、服务质量等因素。在此基础上,提出以提升体育院校硕士毕业生就业质量为核心的体育院校全新工作模式。

From the perspective of Physical Education College Students’ employment quality problems,the results shows that factors that influence the quality of graduate employment are： market competitiveness,employment intention,employment concept; school market orientation personnel training; career guidance,service quality. From the above basis,a new work mode in PE institutes with the focus of improve the master degree gracluates quality in PE institutes has been proposed.
