在我国北方,特别是寒冬时季,厨房由于水蒸汽凝结给很多在农村生活的居民带来诸多不便.本文主要介绍一种新型锅盖,可将大锅烧水产生的水蒸汽冷却回流到锅内,并能将水蒸汽内部的热量提取出来,做到厨房无蒸汽的同时也为厨房取暖,达到了节约和能源二次利用的目的.

In northern China, especially when the winter season, the kitchen due to water vapor condensation bring inconvenience to residents life of the countryside. This paper mainly introduces a new type of pot cover, which can make the vapour produced by boiling water of big pot cooling and reflux into the pot, and ex- tract the internal heat of water vapor, thus make the kitchen keep warm, achieve the purpose of energy saving and secondary use.
