河南省三级医院区域分布与运营效率分析

Analysis on the Market Distribution and Operation Efficiency of Tertiary Hospitals in Henan

目的:分析河南省三级公立医院区域分布、市场结构、运营效率,探讨可能的改革思路。方法:采用资料分析法进行描述分析,用CRn指数分析市场集中率,用DEA法分析医院效率。结果:52家医院提供占全省26.19%的门诊服务量、35.60%的出院服务量;医院区域分布相对合理;整体运营效率值较高,规模报酬趋减。结论:建议公立医院改革路径选择过程中,遵循市场规律,正确引导促进大中型医院规模与效率的良性发展。

Objective：To analyze regional distribution,market structure and operational efficiency of tertiary hospital in Henan and explore possible reform thoughts.Methods：Literature review method was used to conduct descriptive analysis.CRn index was used to analyze market concentration rate and data envelopment analysis（DEA）was used to analyze hospital efficiency.Results：52 hospitals provided 26.19% of outpatient services and 35.60% of hospital services;regional distribution was reasonable;the overall oper.ational efficiency was high,return to scale decreased steadily.Conclusion：It suggested to follow market laws in public hospital re.form process and to promote healthy development of scale and efficiency in large and medium-size hospitals.
