Research on Optimizing Personnel Allocation in Medical Institutions

摘要 目的:医疗卫生行业的竞争和精细化管理程度日益加深,医疗机构迫切需要合理配置财务人员,提高运行效率。方法:通过专家咨询、因子分析和多元线性回归等方法,实现财务人员的合理配置。结果:按规模对医疗机构分组,实现财务岗位人员阶梯式优化。建立财务核算中心、财务管理中心优化人数与实际在岗人数,门诊收费处与总诊疗人次数、住院结算处与实际占用总床日数的线性方程。结论:医疗机构应适当增加财务人员配置,防止职能缺位,财务人员配置应遵循科学合理的标准,配置人数需与业务状况相关。 Objective:With the deepening of the competition and delicacy management degree of healthcare industry,medical in.dustry urgently needed rational allocation for financial personnel and improve the operation efficiency.Methods:Expert consultation,factor analysis and multiple linear regression were applied to achieve the rational allocation of financial personnel.Results:Grouped by hospital scale,medical institutions achieved the rational allocation for financial personnel in benches.It established the liner func.tion for the optimized numbers of personnel in financial accounting centers and financial management centers and the practical staff number,as well as the function for the visit number at the outpatient cashier,the total visit number,the data from outpatient cashier and the actual bed occupation number.Conclusion:Medical institutions should increase financial personnel allocation in case of the function vacancy.The allocation for financial personnel should follow the scientific rational standard an the number should be associat.ed with the business situation.
