“失地”农户征地补偿满意度及影响因素实证研究

An Empirical Study on Landless Peasants' Satisfaction with Land Expropriation Compensation and the Influencing Factors

运用有序离散选择模型(OLogit),以"中原经济区""失地"农户经济发展相关数据为基础,对"失地"农户征地补偿满意度及相关影响因素进行实证分析。结果显示,"失地"农户征地补偿的满意度评价受户主特征、农户家庭特征、所在地农村金融市场特征等5个方面共计19个因素影响显著。加大职业技能教育和培训、积极探索政府、农户等多方参与的征地补偿长效机制、加大对农村金融特别是新兴农村金融机构的支持力度、提高农村公共基础设施建设投入、加强农村社会保障体制建设等对提高"失地"农户征地补偿满意度水平具有重要意义。

This paper analyzes landless peasants＇ satisfaction with land expropriation compensation and the influencing factors through Ordered Logistic Model with the survey data of landless peasants from Central Plains Economic Zone. The results show that landless peasants＇ satisfaction is influenced by 19 significant factors, which can be classified into five categories as the characteristics of household head, family, local rural financial market, etc. It is concluded that to improve landless peasants＇ sarisfaction with land expropriation compensation it is of significance to enhance the education and training of vocational skills among peasants, explore a long-term mechanism of land expropriation compensation which includes not only peasants but also government and some other parties, increase the support for rural finance especially the rising rural financial institutions, increase the investment in rural public infrastructure, and strengthen the construction of social security system in rural areas.
