Tpack视域下职前教师教学技能的培养策略研究——以广东技术师范学院为例

Research on Strategies to Develop Preservice Teachers' Teaching Skills from Perspective of Tpack——Case Study of Guangdong Polytechnic Normal University

摘要 本文通过调研确定了目前职前教师亟需提升的教学技能,在文献研究和理论分析的基础上,提出了Tpack视域下教学设计技能培养策略和课堂教学技能培养策略,最后通过准实验研究法对两种策略的应用效果进行了验证。研究结果表明:这两种策略分别在培养职前教师教学设计技能和课堂教学技能两个方面具有明显的作用。 The present study conducted a survey to gain insights to those teaching abilities that preservice teachers shall urgently improve. Then the study explored literature review and made a theoretical analyses. The study proposed and validated in empirical research two approaches to employing Tpack in helping teachers enhance their skills to design and implement their teaching. Research results indicated that both strategies produced positive effect.
