干涉配合连接解析分析

摘要 干涉配合可有效提高结构疲劳寿命,将轴销视为弹性体,带孔板件视为弹塑性体,进行干涉配合连接的理论推导.在弹性范围内,推导了轴孔接触应力和最大弹性干涉量公式;在弹塑性范围内得出塑性区和干涉量的关系式.同时建立有限元模型,进行数值模拟.通过实例分析,比较理论推导和有限元结果,相对偏差在可接受范围,理论公式得到验证. Interference fit can effectively improve the fatigue life of aircraft structure. In this paper, the pin is treated as an elastic body, the plate with a hole as the elastic-plastic body, and the interference fit connection is analyzed. In the elastic range, the contact stress between the hole and pin, and the maximum elastic interference value formula are deduced. In the elastic-plastic deformation range, the relation between the plastic zone radius and interference value is obtained. At the same time, the finite element model is established and numerical simulation is conducted. Through an example, theoretical and finite element results are compared. The relative difference is acceptable, and the theoretical formulas are verified.
