蛇毒血凝酶减少拔牙术后出血的临床研究

Effect of Hemocoagulase Injection on Reducing Bleeding after Tooth Extraction

目的:通过观察蛇毒凝血酶在下颌低位埋伏阻生智齿拔除术中应用与否的术后出血情况,评价蛇毒凝血酶在减少拔牙术后出血方面的临床疗效。方法:将需拔除下颌低位埋伏阻生智齿的267例患者随机分为试验组与对照组,试验组术前0.5h局部注射蛇毒凝血酶1单位,其它操作相同。结果:试验组135例中,术后40min出血0例,24h后出血1例;对照组132例中,术后40min出血5例,24h后出血7例。两组数据比较均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:蛇毒血凝酶在拔牙术中应用可有效减少术后出血。

Objective： To evaluate the haemostatic effect of hemocoagulase injection on the extraction of mandibu- lar impacted wisdom teeth. Methods： Two hundred and sixty--seven cases were randomly divided into the experi- mental group （135 cases） and the control group （132 cases）. The experimental group received the same extraction procedure as the control group, except a local injection of 1U hemocoagulase half an hour before the operation. Re- sults： There was no bleeding case in the experimental group 40 minutes after the extraction, and 1 bleeding case af- ter 24 hours. However, there was 5 bleeding cases 40 minutes after the extraction and 7 bleeding cases after 24 hours in the control group. Statistical analysis showed significant difference between two groups （P〈0.05）. Con- clusion： Hemoeoagulase injection before tooth extraction was effective on theh reducing of postoperative bleeding.
