体质健康信念对青少年体育锻炼的影响

The Influence of Physical Fitness Health Belief on Physical Exercise of Teenagers

为探讨体质健康信念对青少年体育锻炼的影响,采用修订的体质健康信念量表和体育活动等级量表对1466名13~18岁中学生（男676人,女790人）进行调查。结果表明：青少年体质健康信念的总体状况略好,但是,＂体质评价自我效能＂、＂知觉疾病与体弱的严重＂和＂体质评价结果关注＂却处于较低水平;青少年体育锻炼状况令人堪忧,具有低强度、短持续时间等特征;青少年的体质健康信念和体育锻炼在性别上具显著性差异（男生优于女生）。体质健康信念对体育锻炼的正向回归效应显著,分别解释了锻炼强度、持续时间、锻炼频率、锻炼等级变异的4%、6%、2%和8%。结论：树立正确的体质健康信念,可能是促进青少年体育锻炼的一个有效途径。

In order to explore the influence of physical fitness health belief on physical exercise of teenagers,the paper conducts investigation on 1466 teenagers（ 676 male students and 790 female students） aged 13- 18 years with revised scale of physical fitness health belief and physical activity rating scale（ PARS- 3）. Results indicate that the overall situation of physical fitness health belief of teenagers is slightly good as a whole,however, ＂ self efficacy of physical fitness evaluation＂, ＂ perceived severity of disease and weakness＂,and ＂ attention to the results of physical fitness evaluation＂ are at a lower level. The situation of physical exercise of teenagers is worrying and has the characteristics of ＂ low- intensity＂ and ＂ short- duration＂. Teenagers＇ physical fitness health belief and physical exercise have significant difference in gender（ male better than female）. The positive regression effect of physical fitness health belief on physical exercise is significant. The paper then explains exercise intensity,duration,frequency,and the level of exercise at 4%,6%,2% and 8% of the variance respectively in them. The paper concludes that establishing correct physical fitness health belief might be one effective way to improve the physical exercise of teenagers.
