浅析现阶段珠三角需要的中小学体育教师

A Brief Analysis on P. E. Teachers Needed in Middle and Primary Schools in Pearl River Delta

探索珠三角需要的体育教师,运用文献综述、实地观察、结构式访谈、逻辑分析等研究方法。以2014年华南师范大学、深圳大学、广州体育学院实习生在珠三角实习为契机,对部分实习学校的权威教师、实习生以及学生进行结构式访谈。得出结论:在珠三角地区需要的体育教师必须从良好的思想修养和教育理念、正确的学生观、宽厚的理论基本与广博知识、全面的专业教学组织能力、具备科研精神和能力等五个维度进行着手提高。为在校师范生转换成新教师提供理论参考,对新教师队伍尽快树立职业规划及目标有重要的意义。

The paper explores the P. E. teachers that Pearl River Delta needs with methods of literature,field-survey,structured interview and logical analysis. Taking the opportunity of practice of students from South China Normal University,Shenzhen University and Guangzhou Sport University at Pearl River Delta in 2014,the paper conducted structured interviews with some of the school teachers and students. It is concluded that P. E teachers needed in Pearl River Delta must be improved from the 5 dimensions of good ideological cultivation and education ideas,correct view on students,solid theoretical foundation and broad knowledge,comprehensive professional teaching and organization ability,scientific spirit and ability. The paper provides theoretical reference for students in normal universities to transform into new teachers and has significance in helping new teachers set up career planning and target as soon as possible.
