大学生体质测试“代跑”现象分析及体育教学管理策略研究

Analysis of the Phenomenon of Substitute Runner in College Students' Physical Test and P. E.Teaching Management Strategy Research

在2014年4月13日《中国青年报》发表一篇文章——《体质测试催生"代跑"生意》中发现大学体质测试中出现了有些同学为了得到好成绩采用他人替代自己考试,间接我们也发现学生的体质问题令体育人深思。本文运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、逻辑分析法和数理统计法对大学生体质进行分析。结果表明:学校管理制度差,教师队伍不完善,教师教学内容单一,大学生自身体素质差等因素。为了遏制此现象笔者认为主要的策略:教育部门监督高校制度的落实和体制测试档案管理建立加强大学体育教师师资队伍建设体育教师在体育课中要做到因人而异的设定符合学生的运动处方、运动计划、运动强度等使学生对体育锻炼产生兴趣项目,学生的体育道德和体育精神的培养必须要重视。学生应该在行动上严格要求自己,在心理上加强心理素质的练习。

On April 13 th,2014,an article named‘ Physical Tests Hastens the Business of Substitute Running＇was published in China Youth Daily. The paper discovered that to have a higher mark,some students ask others to run for them in the physical test. This kind of phenomenon also provokes P. E. workers＇ deep thinking about students＇ physical fitness. This article analyzes students ＇ physical fitness with methods of literature,questionnaire,logical analysis and mathematical statistics. The results reveal factors such as malfunction of school management system; imperfect teaching faculty; single teaching content; poor physical quality of college students.In order to curb this phenomenon,the author thinks that major strategies should include： monitoring the implementation of college system by education departments; building up the management of physical tests records;strengthening the construction of college P. E. teaching faculty; teachers should set exercise prescription,exercise plan and exercise intensity according to different students to arouse students ＇ interest in physical exercise programs. The training of students ＇ sports ethics and spirit must be valued. Students should be strict with themselves in action and strengthen their psychological quality in psychological practice.
