浅析气质类型与三级蛙跳成绩的关系

Relationship between Temperament Type and Shuffled Frog Leaping

本文以广州市第一二三中学部分初三年级自选项目为三级蛙跳的学生为研究对象,采用文献资料法、量表测量法等方法探究气质类型与三级蛙跳成绩之间的关系,以结合学生的自身特点,力求为参加体育中考的学生提供科学的心理训练提供较为科学的依据,以进一步细化教学计划。通过对资料的收集整理分析发现,多血—粘液质混合型、胆汁—多血混合质型与多血质型学生掌握三级蛙跳技术能力最强,胆汁—粘液混合质型、胆汁质型、黏液质型与抑郁质型的掌握能力次之,排名依次递减。

This paper takes some students who choose the selective course of shuffled frog leaping of junior three grade in NO. 1,2,3 Middle School of Guangzhou as its research object to explore the relationship between temperament type and shuffled frog leaping results with methods of literature and scale measurement and by combining the characteristics of students. The paper aims to provide scientific basis for psychological training for students taking part in senior high school entrance sports exam and further arrange teaching plans. Collection,sorting- out and analysis of literature show that students of sanguine and phlegmatic temperament,choleric and sanguine temperament,and sanguine temperament are most competent to master leapfrogging skill,and students of choleric and phlegmatic temperament,choleric temperament,phlegmatic and melancholic temperament take second place; the ranking is gradually decreased.
