癌痛规范化管理对患者生活质量的影响分析

Effect of ‘standardized nursing care of pain' on the quality of life of patients suffering cancer pain

目的探讨分析规范化管理对癌痛患者生活质量的影响。方法 100例癌痛患者随机分为观察组与对照组各50例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予规范化管理。采用疼痛强度量表(numerical rating scale,NRS)评估两组干预前后的癌痛情况,采用生活质量测评量表(QOL)评价患者生活质量。结果干预前,两组患者的NRS评分及QOL总分比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,两组患者NRS、QOL总分均改善,且观察组优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论规范化管理能有效帮助癌痛患者缓解疼痛、提高生活质量。

Objective To evaluate the effect of‘standardized nursing care of pain＇on the quality of life of patients suffering cancer pain. Method 100 patients suffering cancer pain were firstly divided into a control group（ n = 50） and an experimental group（ n = 50）. The control group was treated with conventional nursing while the experimental group were treated with ‘standardized nursing care in addition to that given to the control group. Numerical rating scale（ NRS） was used to assess the pain of both groups as suffered before and after intervention. Quality of life assessment scale（ QOL） was used to assess the patients＇ quality of life. Findings Before intervention,no significant difference was found between the two groups in the NRS scores and total scores of QOL（ P 〉0. 05）. After intervention,the NRS scores and QOL scores both groups improved considerably with those of the experimental group more desirable than those of the control group（ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion Standardized nursing could effectively relieve the patients from body pain and thus improve their quality of life.
