协同护理对卵巢囊肿剥除术患者病情管理及生活质量的影响

Effects of collaborative nursing on the disease management ability and life quality of patients having undergone enucleation of ovarian cyst

目的探讨协同护理在提高卵巢囊肿患者病情管理能力及生活质量中的应用。方法将80例卵巢囊肿剥除术的患者随机分为观察组(协同护理)和对照组(常规护理)各40例,采用病情管理能力调查问卷、生活质量调查问卷调查两组患者的病情管理能力和生活质量。结果观察组在疾病认知、情绪管理、疾病管理等病情管理好于对照组;观察组在角色功能、情绪功能、躯体功能、社会功能等方面的生活质量高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论协同护理能够提高卵巢囊肿剥除术患者的病情管理水平,改善患者的生活质量。

Objective To obtain scientific knowledge of the effect of collaborative nursing on the disease management ability and life quality of the patients having undergone enucleation of ovarian cyst. Method 80 patients having undergone enucleation of ovarian cyst enucleation were randomly divided into an experimental group（ n = 40） to be treated with collaborative nursing and a control group（ n = 40） to be treated with conventional nursing care. The disease management ability and the life quality of the two groups were then surveyed with a disease management ability questionnaire and a life quality questionnaire. Findings The survey indicated that the experimental worked better than the control group in disease cognition,emotion management,and disease management. The experimental group also worked better than the control group in role function, emotional function, physical function, and social function. The difference was statistically significant（ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion Collaborative nursing can improve the self-care ability and life quality of patients having undergone encleation of ovarian cyst.
