摘要 以粗孔硅胶和偏铝酸钠为原料,TPABr为模板剂制备了小晶粒ZSM-5分子筛,采用XRD、NH_3-TPD、SEM、N_2物理吸附等方法对其结构进行了表征,评价了其在MTP反应中的催化性能。结果表明,制备的ZSM-5分子筛粒度分布均匀,粒径在500nm左右,在MTP反应中表现出良好的催化性能,产物分布与商业催化剂相似,且具有高的选择性和稳定性,运行170h,甲醇转化率仍大于99%,丙烯选择性在39%左右。 A small crystal ZSM-5 zeolite was synthesized by hydrothermal crystallization method and using macroporous silica gel and sodium aluminate as raw materials and TBABr as template. The zeolite was characterized by XRD, NH3-TPD, SEM and nitrogen adsorption, and its catalytic performances for methanol to propylene(MTP) reaction were evaluated. Results showed that the synthesized ZSM-5 zeolite had uniform particle size distribution and the particle sizes were about 500 nm. In MTP reaction, the synthesized ZSM-5 zeolite exhibited good activity, selectivity and stability, which was comparable to the commercial catalyst with a similar products distribution. After running for 170 h, methanol conversion was still above 99% with a selectivity to propylene of about39%.
