摘要
1病例报告患者,女,76岁。因＂自幼发现左耳廓肿物,进行性增大半年余＂来院就诊。患者幼年发现左耳廓肿物,约米粒大小,无压痛、感染、破溃,未予重视。入院前半年余,无明显诱因下肿物逐渐增长至鹅蛋大小,无压痛、溃破、出血,发病以来无耳鸣、听力改变及其他慢性病史,家族中无类似病史。入院体检：体温36.9℃,脉搏78次/min,呼吸18次/min,血压120/70mm Hg（1mm Hg=0.133kPa）。
Epidermoid cysts are benign,cutaneous cysts which commonly occur on face,neck and trunk.Retroauricular epidermoid cyst is rare reported which should be differentiated from auricle pseudocyst,lipoma,steatocystoma and fibroma.The histopathological examination is a gold standard of diagnosis.Surgery of complete excision is the first choice of treatment method.
