摘要
对太白贝母粗多糖提取工艺进行了研究。采用水浴、超声波和煎煮提取,经蒽酮比色法进行含量的确定,通过正交实验确定最佳提取条件。水浴法:提取温度70℃,时间1 h,料液比1∶15,采用其最佳提取工艺条件提取贝母多糖提取含量为0.65 mg/g;超声波法:提取温度80℃,时间15 min,料液比1∶15,采用其最佳提取工艺条件提取贝母多糖提取含量为0.99 mg/g;煎煮法:提取温度90℃,时间3 h,料液比1∶20,采用其最佳提取工艺条件提取贝母多糖含量为0.38mg/g。
To study the extraction process of polysaccharide in Tai Bai Fritillariae( PFT),the polysaccharide was extracted by water bath,ultrasonic and boiling method,and the content was assayed by enthrone colorimetric.Using orthogonal experiment analysis,the optimal extraction conditions of three extraction process were as follows:the water bath extraction method:temperature 70 ℃,solid-liquid ratio 1∶ 15,and extraction time 1 h,content of the optimum conditions of extraction of polysaccharide was 0.65 mg / g;The ultrasonic cell crushing extraction method:temperature 80 ℃,solid-liquid ratio 1 ∶ 25,and extraction time 15 min,content of the optimum conditions of extraction of polysaccharide was 0.99 mg / g;The boiling method:temperature 90 ℃,solid-liquid ratio 1∶ 20,and extraction time 3 h,content of the optimum conditions of extraction of polysaccharide was 0.38 mg / g.
