摘要
随着经济的发展,现代民营餐饮业之间的竞争的日益激烈,而企业文化的竞争将成为餐饮业间新一轮竞争的重点;餐饮产品和服务的创新、餐饮业人本管理思想的定位,恰恰体现了企业文化的本质特征。因此,企业文化建设是民营餐饮业发展的突破口。
There is keen competition among the various modem people - manage hotel enterprises mith the development of the economy. The foreign enterprises attend the competition, and the competing ways are beig perfected. So the competition in the business culture is becoming the new focal point. The essential character of its culture is deeply embodied by the innovation of the prodwts and service as well as the fined position of the thought that this business should be based on the individuals. The construction of the business culture becomes the breakthrough of the development the people - manage hotel business.
