直线游标永磁电机的开绕组容错控制 被引量:2

摘要 直线游标永磁(LVPM)电机是一种新型的初级永磁型直线电机,适合于长行程应用领域。在分析了该电机的结构特点和工作原理的基础上,推导并建立了电机的数学模型。针对LVPM电机开绕组驱动系统开关器件故障,提出一种改进空间电压矢量脉宽调制(SVPWM)容错重构控制策略,将容错后空间电压利用率提高到正常状态时的75%。该容错策略是通过切断电机端口和故障开关管之间的连接,将电机端口连接至电源中点,通过剩余的开关管对电压矢量进行重构,并利用容错后的空间电压矢量进行SVPWM控制。仿真结果验证了该容错控制策略能够实现LVPM电机开关器件发生故障时的容错运行。 Linear vernier permanent-magnet( LVPM) motor is a new class of primary-permanent-magnet linear machine,which is suitable for long stroke applications. Based on the analysis of the structural characteristics and operating principle,the mathematical model of the motor is derived. An improved fault tolerant space vector reconfigurable control strategy was proposed,and the voltage utilization rate was increased to 75% of the normal sate to ensure the stable operation of the LVPM motor. The simulations verified that the fault-tolerant control strategy could achieve a stable operation of the open-end winding LVPM motor drive system when a fault occurs.
