茶树菇菌糠多糖提取物对肉鸡生长性能和免疫功能的影响 被引量:5

Effect of Polysaccharide Extract from Agrocybe Cylindracea Spent Mushroom Substrate on the Growth Performance and Immune Functions of Broilers

摘要 在基础饲粮中添加不同水平茶树菇菌糠多糖提取物研究其对爱拔益加肉鸡生长性能与免疫功能的影响。选择健康1日龄爱拔益加肉鸡99只,随机分成3组。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ组分别在基础饲粮中添加茶树菇菌糠多糖提取物5和10 g·kg^-1,饲喂28 d。结果表明,各组日增重与饲料增重比差异不显著(P〉0.05);与对照组相比,试验Ⅰ组肉鸡在21~28日龄间的平均增重提高了4.14%,差异显著(P〈0.05);与对照组相比,试验Ⅰ组溶菌酶C浓度和总抗氧化能力分别提高22.4%与49.2%,差异显著(P〈0.05);试验Ⅱ组总抗氧化能力与对照组无显著差异(P〉0.05);试验Ⅰ组和试验Ⅱ组的法氏囊指数与对照组相比显著增加(P〈0.05)。因此,饲粮中添加一定水平的茶树菇菌糠多糖提取物可提高肉鸡免疫功能,改善生长性能,其中5 g·kg^-1的添加水平效果最好。 To study the effects of polysaccharide extract from Agrocybe cylindracea spent mushroom substrate on the growth performance and immune functions of broilers, ninety-nine Arbor Acres broilers at the age of one day were divided into three treatment groups radomly, including the control treatment, groupⅠ(addition of 5 g · kg^-1 polysaccharide extract in basal diet) and group Ⅱ(addition of 10 g · kg^-1 polysaccharide extract in basal diet). The feeding experiment was conducted for 28 days. The results showed that, the average daily gain and feed gain ratio of three treatment groups had no obvious difference(P〉0.05). The average daily gain of group Ⅰ during 21~28 days was improved 4.14% than the control treatment(P〈0.05); The serum parameters of lysozyme C concentration and the total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC) in group Ⅰ were 22.4% and 49.2% higher than those of the control treatment(P0.05), while no obvious change of T-AOC was detected in groupⅡ(P〉0.05). Compared to the control treatment, the cloacal bursa index of groupⅠand Ⅱ were both significantly improved(P〈0.05). These findings proved that the polysaccharide extract from Agrocybe cylindracea spent mushroom substrate could improve the immune functions and growth performance of broilers. The optimum additive amount of the polysaccharide extract was 5 g ·kg^-1 in basal diet.
