Reunification Issue and the Prospect of China- ROK Strategic Cooperative Relationship

以朝鲜半岛统一问题为中心,从统一外交的视角重新审视中韩战略合作伙伴关系的发展前景。首先对朴槿惠政府的统一外交战略进行说明,其次对朴槿惠政府对华开展统一外交的目标策略进行跟踪和评价,在此基础上分析朝鲜半岛统一问题的复杂性,评价中国政府对朝鲜半岛统一问题的基本立场,最后以朝鲜半岛和平问题与统一问题为中心探讨未来两国的战略合作关系。

This year marks the 70 th anniversary of the division of the Korean Peninsula. In order to realize the peaceful reunification of the Korean Peninsula,the Park Geun- hye administration has been continuously improving the reunification strategy,which includes reunification policy and the policy on DPRK,as well as unification diplomacy,competing the leadership with DPRK. In order to win the support from China government on reunification issue,the Park Geun- hye administration has actively carried out unification diplomacy toward China after the administration was inaugurated,and has formed three main goals and four different strategies. Because of the complexity of the reunification issue and the huge risk of unilateral action by any party,China and ROK Should have the nuclear issue and regional peace regime as key issues,actively promote the construction of the fate community in Northeast Asia,lead DPRK to participate inthe peace and cooperation process step by step.
