摘要
垂体中叶素(IMD)是一种具有多种生物学功能的新型生物活性肽类,其在人体各系统具有重要生物学功能,在心血管系统疾病中通过降低体内氧化应激水平从而减轻损伤而产生的强大保护作用;在肾脏、肺脏中具有抑制炎症介质、保护血管内皮细胞的重要作用;以及通过eNOS/NO途径,减轻高肺血流性肺动脉高压和肺血管结构重构的形成;在神经系统IMD/AMD2可以促进体内多种激素的释放;IMD对血糖和胃肠运动也具有一定的调节作用;在肿瘤疾病方面发现IMD在体外可以促进人乳腺癌MCF-7细胞的增殖等重要生物学作用,为其作为临床重要诊断手段及治疗药物提供理论依据。
Intermedin (IMD) is a new type of bioactive peptides with many biological functions. It has important bio- logical function in human body system: in the cardiovascular system disease, IMD can reduce the level of oxidative stress to ease the damage caused by the strong protective effect. In the kidneyand lung it is in the role of inhibition of inflammatory mediators, and it protect vascular endothelial cells. It reduce the formation of pulmonary hypertension and pulmonary vascular structural remodeling through eNOS/NO pathway. In the nervous system IMD/AMD2 can promote the release of a variety of hormones, IMD can adjust blood role in tumor disease, IMD can promote the proliferation of for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of it.
