“品管圈”在糖尿病患者胰岛素注射管理中的应用

目的 探讨“品管圈”（QCC）活动对提高住院糖尿病患者胰岛素注射准确执行率的作用。方法 选取2014年1-6月在西安交通大学第二附属医院内分泌科住院的313例糖尿病患者作为研究对象,其中,对照组146例,干预组167例,对照组实施常规护理,干预组在常规护理的基础上进行QCC活动干预,对两组患者胰岛素注射情况进行比较分析。结果 通过实施QCC活动,住院糖尿病患者的胰岛素注射准确执行率由对照组的93.7%上升至98.1%（P〈0.05）,减少了因患者遗忘（P〈0.05）、注射时间患者未在病房（P〈0.05）、胰岛素取药不及时（P〈0.05）、患者擅改剂量（P〈0.05）等导致的胰岛素注射未准确执行情况。结论 QCC活动能提高住院患者胰岛素注射的准确执行率,促进临床工作质量持续改进。

Objective To explore the effect of quality control circle （QCC） intervention for improvement of accurate execution rate of insulin injection for diabetes patients. Methods 313 diabetic patients were selected as research objects from January to June 2014 in Department of Endocrinology, the Second Affiliated Hospital of Xi＇an Jiaotong University. The 146 cases in the control group received routine nursing care, 167 cases in the intervention group were given QCC activities intervention on the basis of the routine nursing. The differences of insulin injections between the two groups were compared. Results After QCC intervention, the accurate execution rate of insulin injections for patients with diabetes was significantly higher than the control group （98.1% vs 93.7%, P 〈 0.05）. After QCC intervention, the conditions of patients＂ forgotten （P 〈 0.05）, patients are not in the ward in injection time （P 〈 0.05）, do not take insulin timely （P 〈 0.05） and patients unauthorized change dose （P 〈 0.05） were significantly decreased. Conclusion QCC activities can improve the accuracy of insulin injection for diabetes patients, promote the improvement of clinical work quality.
