发达国家和新兴国家均开始关注绿色金融,将绿色金融纳入到政策体系之中。随着绿色金融理念的推广,近年来,不少国家开始采取行动推动绿色金融发展,机构投资者成为发达国家推动绿色金融的重要力量。中国应推广绿色金融理念,并将绿色金融纳入经济转型和生态文明战略,在金融改革和开放中发展绿色金融,积极参与相关国际合作项目。

Both developed and emerging countries begin to pay attention to green finance, and include it in their policy systems. With the spread of the concept of green finance in recent years, many countries begin to take action to promote the development of green finance, and institutional investors in developed countries become important forces to promote green finance. China should propagandize the concept of green finance, include green finance in the strategies of econom- ic transformation and ecological civilization, develop green finance in the process of financial reform and opening, and actively participate in relevant intemational cooperation programs.
