Through analysis of the current situation,trend and signs of the over-capacity of nonferrous metals production in China,recognizing that the over-capacity has the characteristics of universal,structural and systematic.The paper anatomises the necessity of handling the over-capacity of nonferrous metals production,transforming the policies of industry regulation and control,and accelerating the structural adjustment.It also analyses the way of over-capacity transferring and the feasibility of internationalization of production capacity and international operation,so as to promote the enterprise structural adjustment,change the developing mode of domestic nonferrous enterprises,achieve the aim of professional development,strengthen the enterprise innovation ability and core competitiveness ultimately.
