摘要
探讨了原子吸收分光光度计原子化系统对试验结果的影响。在元素测定过程中通过有效调整燃烧头的角度,判断雾化器的最佳雾化效果,观察火焰情况等,使仪器在实际应用中达到最佳的工作状态,得到满意的试验数据。
The influence of atomic system of atomic absorption spectrophotometer on test results is discussed.During the determination of the elements,the optimum operating condition of the apparatus in practical application is achieved by adjusting the angle of burner effectively,judging the optimum atomizing effect of atomizer,observing the flame,and so on.And satisfactory test data is obtained finally.
